First: Definitions
The words and phrases mentioned in this policy shall have the meanings indicated opposite each of them: -
1- Relevant Laws:
A- The e-commerce Law issued by Royal Decree No. M / 126 dated 7/11/1440 H.
B- The executive regulations of the e-commerce Law issued by a decision of the Minister of Commerce and Investment Decision No. 200 dated 19/5/1441 H.
C- The Press and Publications Law issued by Royal Decree No. M / 32 dated 3/9/1421 H.
D- The executive regulations of the electronic publishing activity issued by a decision of the Minister of Culture and Media No. 72589 dated 10/8/1439 H.
2- The Network: It is the Arab Lawyers Network (A limited liability company) for information services, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. (1010259172), Address: 6273, Prince Muhammad bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Kairouan. ,2767
3- "Secure" Seal: It is symbolized by the symbol that indicates that the data you send or receive from the website has privacy and security, it also indicates that the website has a Security Certificate (SSL Certificates) trusted by different browsers such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox.

4- "Maroof" Stamp: It is an initiative of the Saudi Ministry of Trade in cooperation with (Thiqa) Business Services Company to develop and operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Second: General Provisions
1- The network puts the privacy of its clients into consideration, and this is a constant policy in every activity it undertakes or in any of its products directed to the public.
2- The network shall comply with all regulations related to its activities and their amendments issued in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3- The company puts SSL Certificates of major companies operating in this field and approved by Google and Microsoft companies to ensure that their websites are safe for all affiliated websites, also it puts a (Maroof) stamp on all of its websites.
4- The company places the slogan "Maroof" on all of its websites and encyclopedias for the requirements of assuring confidence and safety.
5- The network does not allow handing over of personal information of its clients that it obtains due to their participation in its services to any other party.
6- The network uses the personal information it collects to introduce its products only.
7- The network pays great attention to securing its servers through cloud hosting such as GOOGLE CLOUD, Microsoft Azure, and the tools provided by this hosting to secure websites and databases from hacking and breach of privacy, in addition to the activation of many backup plans and data recovery methods when it comes to emergency circumstances.
8- The Arab Lawyers Network shall make some changes from time to time to the privacy policy.
Nevertheless, you can be assured that the network will not diminish the rights guaranteed to you by this policy without obtaining your explicit consent. We always indicate the date when the last changes were published and give you access to archived versions to review. If the changes are significant, we shall submit a clearer notice (including, for certain services, an email notification of changes to the Privacy Policy).
9- The information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, geographic location, IP address, crash reports, system activity, date and time of your request, and the referring URL for that request.
10- A Cookie: It is a small piece of text that is sent to your browser from the website you are visiting. This file helps the website to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language and other settings. This can facilitate your next visit and it makes the website more useful to you. Cookies play an important role. Without it, using the web would be a frustrating experience.
11- The network communicates with its clients through the following channels: -

12- This policy is an integral part of
the terms of use of the websites, and every operator with the network must read it.
